Six functional modules covering the complete subscriber onboarding and SIM lifecycle.
Identity verification
NIN-linked digital identity check via VerifyMe Nigeria. BVN linkage available for financial-service MVNOs requiring enhanced due diligence.
SIM registration
NCC-compliant subscriber registration capturing required identity attributes. Regulatory record created and maintained within the MCX platform.
Physical SIM
SIM card logistics, personalisation, and distribution. SIM profiles are configured and activated against the MCX Core HLR at the time of registration.
eSIM provisioning
eSIM profile download via QR code, in-app activation, and SGP.32 push provisioning. Supported across consumer and M2M device profiles.
Lifecycle management
SIM and eSIM lifecycle events: activation, suspension, number port-in, MSISDN change, and termination. Managed via the MCX Activate API or console.
Onboarding analytics
Activation funnel metrics, KYC failure rates, time-to-activate, and SIM/eSIM mix reporting. Available to MVNO operations teams via the MCX BSS dashboard.
VerifyMe Nigeria — KYC Integration
VerifyMe Nigeria is a licensed identity verification provider integrated into the MCX Activate onboarding flow. NIN-linked verification covers the NCC SIM registration requirement and NDPA-aligned identity data capture for financial-grade MVNOs.
BVN linkage is supported for bank-licensed MVNOs requiring enhanced due diligence. The KYC decision is returned in real time during the activation flow, enabling immediate SIM provisioning on successful verification.
Monty Mobile — eSIM Provisioning
Monty Mobile provides the eSIM management platform for MCX Activate. Three provisioning methods are supported: QR code download (consumer self-service), in-app activation (MVNO app integration), and SGP.32 push provisioning (M2M and enterprise deployment).
The Monty Mobile integration supports both consumer eSIM profiles and M2M profiles, enabling IoT and enterprise MVNOs to provision eSIMs at scale without physical SIM logistics.
