MobileCoreX Limited (RC 6977362) operates this website at mobilecorex.ng. We are a Nigerian-registered company headquartered at Plot 657 Atiku Abubakar Way, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja, FCT. For data protection purposes, MobileCoreX Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

Through this website, we may collect: work email addresses submitted through newsletter signup, booking request, and contact forms; name, company name, and message content submitted through the contact form; and standard server log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for operational purposes.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing scripts. This website uses Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics service that does not collect personal data.

3. How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry. Booking request data is used to arrange and confirm your scoping call. Newsletter subscriptions are used to send our monthly digest, with your NDPA-compliant consent.

4. Lawful basis

We process personal data on the following lawful bases: consent (where we have obtained your explicit consent, for example for newsletter subscriptions); contractual necessity (where processing is necessary to fulfil a request you have made); and legitimate interests (for responding to direct enquiries and managing our business relationships).

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years. Email list subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Booking request data is retained for 2 years for operational purposes.

6. Your rights under the NDPA

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Your personal data is stored within Nigeria on our platform infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction.
