Monty Mobile provides the eSIM management platform integrated into MCX Activate. Three provisioning methods are supported: QR code download (consumer self-service), in-app activation (for MVNO app integration), and SGP.32 push provisioning for M2M and enterprise deployments at scale.

Latro provides the revenue assurance, telecom analytics, and lawful intercept infrastructure layer for the MCX platform. Lawful intercept capability is handled through the Latro integration in compliance with NCC and applicable Nigerian law requirements.

MCX Core network elements run on Huawei hardware across the core and access network layers. Huawei's 5G-ready infrastructure platform supports the MCX roadmap for network generation evolution without requiring a hardware replacement cycle at the point of upgrade.

MCX network infrastructure is hosted in a Tier-III certified colocation facility in Nigeria. Tier-III certification indicates concurrent maintainability with 99.982% availability. The colocation provider is not publicly named.
Enterprise-grade security
Network security, intrusion detection, and platform access controls are implemented at the infrastructure layer. Security architecture details are available under NDA during technical due diligence.
Mobile financial services capability
Mobile money and financial services integration is supported for MVNOs with CBN authorisation. The financial services infrastructure provider is not publicly named.
